When contacting us about an existing order, please include the following information whenever possible:

• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A brief description of your enquiry

For damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries, please also provide clear photographs of the product, packaging and, where available, the shipping label.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

During weekends, UK bank holidays, promotional periods or times of particularly high demand, response times may be longer than usual.

Please avoid sending multiple messages regarding the same enquiry, as this may delay our ability to assist you.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your delivery address or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@smartlaund.com.

Once an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns

Please do not return any products before receiving the appropriate return instructions from our customer service team.

The sender address shown on your parcel is not necessarily the correct return address.
